Hey all!

I’m inviting you to board on mine imaginary sailing boat and come with me to the place where the wind blows harder, to dive on the salt water and getting to know a little bite more about the deep sea, that says more about ourselves than we can imagine!

Here we will exchange ideas, information of researches on popular language, curiosities,  everything  that has the ocean like subject in different knowledge areas, in a transdisciplinary view, all about ocean conservation! Everything for maintain our Blue Planet live and in harmony between human being and nature.

I’m an oceanographer, diver and explorer educator. I’m PhD student at Aveiro University, Portugal and Professor at the Sergipe’s Federal University, Brazil. I act in approximating man and nature and conservation of the ocean’s health through Ocean Literacy. I’m currently studying Brazilian corals and interdisciplinary ways to deal with the socioenvironmental questions in a way that promotes sustainability.
